2023.03.02 Parental Leave Policies and Social Sustainability
Our Director Zsuzsanna Makay participates at the Working Group meeting of Cost Action Parental Leave Policies and Social Sustainability between 2-3 March 2023 in Madrid. With 33 representatives from 22 European countries the Action aims to advance and disseminate research and knowledge about the significance of paid parental leave for the social sustainability of societies.

2023.01.29 Children and (unequal) sharing of housework between partners in Hungary
An article published by our researcher Zsuzsanna Veroszta summarizes the results of the 1st (pregnant) and 2nd (6-month-old) wave of our Cohort '18 - Growing Up in Hungary study, with special respect to how the birth of especially the first, but also additional children increases women's household workload. The article was published on the online news magazine of the International Union for the Scientific Study of Population.
